Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each new person who opens an account.
What this means for you - When you open an account, we will collect from all new owners/signers;
(1) Legal name;
(2) Physical address;
(3) Date of birth;
(4) Social security number or tax identification number.
In addition to obtaining this information from you, a valid form of government issued identification with a photo must be presented.
