Our virtual phone assistant, Eva, will assist you with transactions over the phone. You no longer need to use a keypad and can speak commands such as transfer funds or tell me my balance.
Eva listens when you speak and responds just like a regular conversation. You can speak naturally and utilize the service 24/7. If you prefer to talk to a person, Eva will transfer you during normal business hours.
Eva is already in place when you call our Member Service Center (727.431.7680 | 800.593.2274). Simply speak as normal when establishing your call.
The way you interact with our virtual phone assistant will be almost entirely with your voice. Just tell Eva your banking needs and Eva will handle the rest. For example, you could say, “I’d like to know my balance,” or “When was my last direct deposit?”
Systems like Eva are used worldwide. You may already be familiar with other virtual phone assistants that utilize speech recognition. Remember, you can transfer to a live representative during business hours by saying, “Let me speak to customer service.”
